Somebody in the office whistles badly on the stairs, and three floors of people are marginally better off for it without ever mentioning it.
A visible good mood is a public good, and an underrated one. Most people default to a neutral face in shared spaces, which is nobody's fault but leaves a room slightly colder than it needs to be.
Showing it costs you nothing you were using. A held door. An actual laugh. Telling someone their idea was good in front of other people.
Whatever is going well for you today, let it be findable on your face.
