Affirmation to Fear I bully fear, not the other way around.

I bully fear, not the other way around.

I believe that fear is something that we can control, and that we don't have to let it control us. Instead of being afraid of things, we can choose to face them head on and overcome them. For example, if you're afraid of public speaking, you can practice and prepare so that you feel more confident when you have to give a speech. Or if you're afraid of heights, you can gradually expose yourself to higher and higher places until you feel more comfortable. It's important to remember that fear is a natural emotion, and it's okay to feel afraid sometimes. But we don't have to let fear hold us back from doing the things we want to do. By taking small steps to face our fears, we can build our confidence and become more resilient. So if you're feeling afraid of something, remember that you have the power to overcome it. Don't let fear bully you into staying stuck in your comfort zone. Take a deep breath, gather your courage, and take that first step towards facing your fear. You might be surprised at how strong and capable you really are. Thanks for listening.
