Happiness aimed at directly has a habit of stepping sideways. Ask anyone about their best hour of the last month and they will describe being absorbed in something else entirely — a kitchen, a difficult crossword, a job that needed both hands.
Which makes it less a destination than a reading taken while you were somewhere else. Setting it as the goal is fine; the practical version is working out which activities reliably produce it for you specifically, and then defending the hours they need.
For some people that is company. For others it is making something badly in a garage. The mistake is assuming yours has to look like anybody else's.
