Vision is the corrective, but only if it includes the ordinary hours. Not just the house — who is at the table on a Wednesday. Not just the income — what it is for.

Try writing the life you are working towards as one unremarkable day, hour by hour. It's a harder exercise than listing what you want, and more useful, mostly because it shows which parts you could start living this month.
