Before you name the number of rooms, every house looks equally plausible and you see none of them. Afterwards, half the listings vanish and three become obvious. Nothing changed except what you were prepared to notice.
Precision does that. A vague want cannot be recognised when it turns up, which is how people manage to walk past things they claim to have wanted for years.
Say the specific version out loud, even if it embarrasses you. Not a better job — four days a week, within an hour of home. That is the sort of thing you can actually spot in a crowd.
