I let go of all my fears around money.

Money fear is almost never about an amount. Press on it and there is a scene underneath — a phone ringing at a particular hour, a letter with a window in it, a face across a desk, the very specific humiliation of a card being declined in front of someone.

The scene is the actual fear. It is smaller than the fog it produces, and unlike the fog it can be looked at directly.

Naming it pays nothing off. It does tend to shrink the thing from a weather system back down to a single image with edges.
