Affirmation to Motivation I spend my time with those who bring out the best in me.

I spend my time with those who bring out the best in me.

It's great to have you here. Today, I want to talk about the importance of spending time with people who bring out the best in you. We all have people in our lives who make us feel good about ourselves, who inspire us to be better, and who support us in our goals and dreams. These are the people who bring out the best in us. On the other hand, there are also people who bring out the worst in us. They may be negative, critical, or unsupportive. They may make us feel bad about ourselves, or hold us back from reaching our full potential. It's important to recognize the difference between these two types of people, and to make a conscious effort to spend more time with those who bring out the best in us. Here are a few tips to help you do that: 1. Identify the people in your life who bring out the best in you. Who makes you feel good about yourself? Who inspires you to be better? Who supports you in your goals and dreams? Make a list of these people, and make an effort to spend more time with them. 2. Limit your time with people who bring out the worst in you. This doesn't mean you have to cut them out of your life completely, but it does mean you should be mindful of how much time you spend with them. 3. Surround yourself with positive influences. This could be anything from reading inspiring books, to listening to uplifting music, to joining a supportive community. Remember, the people you surround yourself with have a big impact on your life. By spending more time with those who bring out the best in you, you'll be happier, more motivated, and more successful. So, take a moment to think about the people in your life, and make a conscious effort to spend more time with those who bring out the best in you. You deserve to be surrounded by positivity and support. Thank you for listening.
