Affirmation to Let go it’s ok to walk away.

it’s ok to walk away.

Twenty minutes into a bad film, the ticket is already spent. Staying doesn't get any of it back; it only adds ninety minutes to the loss. Everyone knows this and almost nobody stands up.

What keeps people in the seat isn't the money. It is a sense that leaving requires a case — that you would have to be able to explain, to somebody, why it wasn't good enough, and win.

You don't. Walking out is not a verdict on anyone. It can just be a thing you did on a Tuesday because staying had stopped making sense.
