Affirmation to Hard Times Those who live, not those who watch life are remembered. the problems you are experiencing are an opportunity to leave a mark on the world.

Those who live, not those who watch life are remembered. the problems you are experiencing are an opportunity to leave a mark on the world.

Most marks on the world are person-sized. A teacher who said your name properly. Somebody who noticed you had gone quiet in a meeting and asked about it afterwards in the corridor.

None of those people were living dramatically. They were having an ordinary day with something difficult in it, and they turned outward for thirty seconds anyway.

That option stays open during hard times, and it is cheaper than it sounds. It requires no recovery first.

Whoever gets remembered is usually remembered for something they would have described as nothing.
