Affirmation to Self-Help Everyday in every way I am growing, evolving and becoming the best version of myself.

Everyday in every way I am growing, evolving and becoming the best version of myself.

An allotment is never uniformly productive. The beans are finished, the leeks are doing nothing visible, one bed is deliberately bare because that soil needs the year off.

Growth in all directions at once would be a strange sight in any garden. What happens is rotation: patience improves for a season while ambition rests, then they swap. Someone who has become considerably calmer this year may have written nothing.

The best version of you isn't a figure waiting at the end of the plot. It's this year's crop, off the beds that were ready, with next year's already being prepared underneath.
