Abundance isn't just having enough. It's having enough to hand some out, the energy left at the end of a Saturday to help a friend get a wardrobe up a narrow staircase.
That's a more honest measure of health than most numbers on a chart. Not what a body can do in isolation, but what remains after the day has taken its share. Whether there's any surplus.
Surplus is buildable, in unglamorous ways: an earlier night, a walk that turns into a routine, one less thing agreed to. Most people who feel depleted aren't broken. They're running at exactly capacity, with nothing spare, which makes every small thing feel enormous.
