Look at what gets moved when a week gets crowded. Almost never the meeting. Almost always the walk, the appointment, the evening blocked out for nothing in particular.
Priority isn't a feeling about what matters. It's revealed by what survives contact with a busy Thursday. Everybody believes their health is important; the calendar tells a more specific story.
The timing is the load-bearing part. Not after the deadline, not after the move, not in January. There is always a more convenient quarter coming and it never quite arrives. Put one thing back this week and defend it as stubbornly as you'd defend an appointment with somebody else.
