Affirmation to Hard Times I am doing the best I can, and thus choose to release myself from guilt and shame.

I am doing the best I can, and thus choose to release myself from guilt and shame.

I want to remind you that you are doing the best you can. It's important to acknowledge that and not be too hard on yourself. Sometimes we can get caught up in feelings of guilt and shame, but it's important to release ourselves from those negative emotions. For example, if you're a student and you didn't do as well on a test as you had hoped, it's okay. You studied and did your best, and that's all you can do. Don't beat yourself up over it. Or maybe you're a parent and you feel like you're not doing enough for your children. Remember that you're doing the best you can with the resources and time you have. Don't compare yourself to other parents or put too much pressure on yourself. It's important to give yourself grace and compassion. When you release yourself from guilt and shame, you can focus on moving forward and doing better in the future. So, keep doing the best you can and know that it's enough. You're doing great.
