I am willing to learn, grow, and continuously evolve.

The difficult half is never the new thing. It is putting down the method you were genuinely good at. Somebody who was the fastest in the building on the old system has far more to lose in a changeover than the newcomer who never learned it.

Which is why willingness gets harder with competence rather than easier. Beginners have nothing to defend.

Evolving mostly means being publicly slow at something for a few weeks, in front of people who watched you be quick at the last thing. That is the actual price, and it is smaller than it feels on the second morning.
