I am worthy of a fulfilling and loving relationship.

Fulfilling gets pictured as constant ease — two people who never have to negotiate anything. The real article looks more like two adults working out who deals with the bins, and still finding it funny in year eleven.

Worthiness isn't a qualification you complete before the door opens. Nobody arrives fully formed and deserving. People arrive tired, mid-repair, carrying something from before.

What's actually required is smaller and harder than worthiness: being willing to be known, and staying at the table while somebody slowly learns you. The worth was never the question. The willingness is where the work lives.
