I completely trust that everything will unfold as it is meant to.

Somebody checks a flight time eleven times in one evening. The flight leaves when it leaves; the checking changes nothing except how much of the evening they get to keep.

Trust, at the practical end, is mostly a decision to stop auditing what has already been settled. Less a claim about how things will turn out than a way of getting the night back.

What comes back with it is capacity. The hours that went on surveillance turn out to be the hours needed for the parts of tomorrow you can actually affect.
