Knowing sits underneath thinking. You don't reason your way to the light switch in your own hallway — your hand finds it in the dark, before you have decided anything at all.
Some confidence about a body works like that. Not an argument you have to win again each morning, but a floor you stand on while you get on with other things.
It doesn't have to be loud to hold your weight. Most of what holds you up isn't.
