Two people can be given an identical set of instructions and you can still tell, at fifty paces, which of them did the job. The handwriting on the label. Where they park the trolley. How long they let a silence run before answering.
Individuality at work lives in the how rather than the what. Very few roles ask for it directly, and it turns up anyway, in the margins, uninvited.
Which means it is not waiting on the right job to appear. It is already in whatever you did yesterday, whether or not anybody named it.
