The skills you actually have are the hardest ones for you to see, because they cost you nothing and you assume everyone was issued the same set.
The evidence is in what people bring you. A friend forwards a lease and asks what they're missing. Someone at work routes the difficult email through you before sending it.
Nobody does that at random.
Build the list out of other people's requests rather than out of your own opinion of yourself. It comes out longer, and considerably more accurate.
