Affirmation to Health I have no fear about being unhealthy because I know that I control my own body.

I have no fear about being unhealthy because I know that I control my own body.

Fear and action look related but rarely travel together. An hour spent searching symptoms at midnight produces a great deal of fear and almost never produces a phone call to a doctor in the morning.

Confidence works differently. It is quieter, and it comes from having done things. The walk taken, the checkup attended, the glass of water instead of the fourth coffee.

You cannot argue yourself out of worrying about your body. You can outvote it, slowly, with a record of small things handled. Evidence beats reassurance, and evidence is only ever built one ordinary day at a time.
