A greenhouse in February looks like a failure. Trays of wet compost, nothing on the surface, and no way to check without digging up the very thing you are waiting on.
Impatience isn't really about time. It is about not being able to see, and the mind fills an unlit gap with the worst available story. That is a design feature rather than a character flaw.
Trust, in the ordinary sense, is what you do while the evidence is unavailable. It doesn't require certainty and it doesn't require feeling calm about it. It only requires that you keep watering trays you can't yet read.
