The good conversations don't get scheduled. They arrive sideways, on a drive, over the washing up, at the point in the evening where the pot of tea has gone cold and nobody has moved to make another.
What they need is unbroken time, the resource everyone has quietly stopped allocating. Every meeting now has a hard stop at the end of it.
Leave one evening this week with nothing after it. That is usually all the engineering required. The conversation turns up on its own once nobody has to leave.
