I love that my relationships are in harmony with my highest good.

Some people leave you looser than they found you. Others leave you flat, replaying what you said, tired in a way the hour doesn't account for.

Neither is a verdict on anybody's character. Some genuinely good people are simply expensive for you at this point in your life.

The measurement happens afterwards rather than during, so it is easy to miss entirely. Look back over a few weeks and notice which names keep landing on which side. Nothing has to end on the strength of that. Noticing is the whole first step.
