Each moment is too many moments. Sixteen waking hours of noticing would be exhausting, and nobody does it, including the people who write sentences like that one.
A workable version: a few times a day, at a doorway, at the kettle, at a red light. Attention has capacity limits, and a practice that ignores them collapses inside a week.
The good in a given moment is rarely dramatic anyway. Usually it's that nothing hurts, the light is decent, and the next hour looks manageable.
Use one recurring trigger — every time you wash your hands, say. Small enough to survive a bad week.
