Love travels in specifics. Not declarations — the fact that you remembered they cannot stand coriander, or that you asked about the interview on the right day without being reminded which day it was.

It is unremarkable to give and enormous to receive, because being remembered accurately is rare enough that people notice every instance of it. Somebody can tell you years later what you once asked them about. If you want to send something out today, that is the form it takes: one detail about one person, retrieved and used.
