"Thinking of you, no reply needed." Possibly the most useful sentence anyone sends into a bad month. No advice. No question demanding energy that isn't there.
The first half of this is the load-bearing half. Someone promising that hard times will pass may or may not know. Someone saying they are on your side is stating the one thing they can actually guarantee.
You don't have to believe the forecast in order to accept the company. And if you're the one sending the message, the company is the part that lands.
