So the ones that exist tend to be small and improvised. Ten minutes in the van before going in. The four minutes a kettle takes, spent looking out of a window instead of at a screen. The long way round to the stockroom.
They are not a substitute for proper rest, and they still work. A day broken into pieces is a different day from one long unbroken push, even when the total hours are identical.
