Affirmation to Happiness and Life I trust that I know what is best for me to be happy.

I trust that I know what is best for me to be happy.

Everybody has an opinion about your life, and most of them are sincere. The trouble is that advice always comes from inside somebody else's temperament — what would suit them, transposed onto you.

You are the only one holding the full data set. You know which parties leave you hollow, which work drains you and which tires you pleasantly, how much silence you need before you can be good company. That knowledge is quieter than the advice around it. It rarely argues. It just registers afterwards, as a small correct feeling or a small wrong one.

Trusting it means letting that quiet verdict outrank a louder one.
