Chapters get named afterwards, by somebody with the whole book in front of them. Very few people feel a page turn while they are standing on it.
What you can feel is smaller and much less literary: the same complaint coming out of your mouth for the third year running, a Sunday evening dread that has stopped being about any particular Monday. Signals that the current arrangement has run out of new information.
That is usually all the notice anyone gets. The naming can wait. It will happen on its own, some evening years from now, when you hear yourself say that was around the time everything shifted.
