Things in front of you are the easiest to stop seeing. Keys on the table. The notice on the fridge. The goal you wrote in January and now read past without registering a word of it.
Proximity is not attention. Anything seen fifty times a day becomes furniture inside a week.
Move it. Rewrite it in different words, put it somewhere new, say it out loud to another person. Better still, pick the single next action it requires and put that on the list instead. Actions stay visible in a way intentions never do.
