Belief doesn't convert into results by itself, or the world would look very different. What it does is get you to the desk on the morning when the evidence is against you. That is not a small function. Most projects die in the stretch where nothing has worked yet and nobody is watching, and belief is roughly the only fuel available in there.
But it works through the hands. Believing makes the action possible; it doesn't stand in for it.
Today, spend the belief on one concrete piece of work rather than on more believing.
