There is no shortage of money in the world. What is scarce is routes — the specific paths between all of that and one particular person.
A joiner who had a quiet spring put up one photograph of a staircase he had built and was booked out by June. Nothing about the demand had changed; he had simply become findable. Most of what gets called luck with money is visibility arriving at a useful moment. The work was already good. Somebody just had to be able to see it.
