As I get older, I become stronger, smarter, more attractive, and more productive.

Some of it plainly improves. Judgement does, because judgement is made of having been wrong in specific ways and remembering the shape of it. So does the ability to tell inside ten minutes that something isn't going to work.

Watch an older cook beside a young one. The younger is faster and produces more waste. The older moves at an unhurried pace, throws almost nothing away, and finishes first, which nobody at the pass can quite account for.

Attractiveness follows the same logic more often than the market admits. What draws people across a room is very rarely smoothness. It's the ease of somebody who has stopped auditioning.
