Affirmation to Health I am a willing participant in my own wellness plan.

I am a willing participant in my own wellness plan.

The most ignored document in the world might be a physiotherapy sheet on a fridge door. Six exercises, ten minutes, drawn in little stick figures. Everyone means to.

Participant is a demotion from author, and that's fine. Much of a wellness plan gets written by other people: the doctor, the physio, decades of evidence about sleep. You didn't design it. You show up to it.

Willing is the whole thing. Not enthusiastic, not convinced. Present enough to do the six exercises on a day you can't feel them working, because the person who collects on it is a version of you three months out who won't remember this Tuesday at all.
