Day by day is the wrong resolution. Improvement doesn't show up at that scale — most days are flat, some go backwards, and measuring daily will convince you nothing is happening.
Two years is where it becomes visible. Read a message you sent two years ago, or look at a photo, and you'll usually find someone slightly less equipped than you, worrying about something you've since absorbed.
That's the real shape of it: invisible up close, obvious from a distance.
If today felt like nothing moved, that isn't evidence. Zoom out before you judge, and keep doing the flat days. They're what the two years are made of.
