Health isn't one switch. It's dozens of systems running at once, at different levels, and virtually nobody has all of them green. Excellent blood pressure and a bad knee. Steady sleep and a thyroid that needs watching.
Read as a pass-fail exam, that sentence would be off the table for most people by their forties. Read as a direction, this is what I'm oriented toward and here's what's working right now, it stays true on the same day you're carrying a diagnosis.
There is more of you working than not. That holds for practically everyone, very much including the people who feel furthest from it.
