Affirmation to Health I am important

I am important

Importance is invisible from inside a life. From in here you're just the person doing the dishes, answering email, forgetting to call your brother back.

It shows up in the negative space. The chair at the table on the night you don't come. The group chat that goes quieter. The colleague with nobody to ask about the one thing only you know how to do.

None of it is about being remarkable, and none of it is earned through output. Someone once drove two hours to sit with you for an afternoon. They weren't rewarding your productivity. They came because you being there mattered to them, which is a fairly complete definition of the word.
