I am open to seeing everything that is no longer serving me, and I am willing to see it all with love.

There's a box in most closets that nobody opens. Clothes from a body you used to have, paperwork from a job you left, a version of yourself you were fond of.

Seeing clearly gets confused with indicting. You look at the habit, the friendship, the way you talk to yourself at midnight, and the looking turns into a case for the prosecution, complete with evidence of how long you let it go on.

Doing it with love is the whole instruction. It means you can notice something has outlived its use without concluding you were a fool to have needed it. Most of what no longer serves you served you once. That's usually why it's still here.
