I am positive energy

On a delayed flight, somebody three rows back makes one dry remark about the sandwich trolley and an entire cabin's shoulders come down two inches. They will never know they did it. They were mostly trying to entertain themselves.

Whatever that is, it moves through a room faster than information does, and it doesn't require you to be having a good day yourself. Most of the people who carry it best would describe themselves as tired.
