Listen to what gets said at funerals. Nobody lists achievements for long. They talk about how someone was in a room, what they did without being asked, a particular laugh, the way they were with children. That is the actual accounting, and it bears almost no relation to the one running in your own head at three in the afternoon.

Worth in that sense isn't a score to be reached. It has already been assigned by everyone who has spent time near you, and they filed it under things you would never think to count as accomplishments.
