Affirmation to Gratitude I appreciate my body for all the incredible experiences it provides.

I appreciate my body for all the incredible experiences it provides.

Every good thing you've ever experienced arrived through a body. The taste of something, a hand held, the specific relief of sitting down after a long day — none of it is available in the abstract.

We tend to treat the body as a project: something to improve, discipline, apologize for. Rarely as the instrument through which all of it actually happens.

It has also carried you through things it was never consulted about. Illnesses you didn't notice it fighting. Years of walking.

Today, do one thing purely because it feels good physically. Stretch properly. Stand in a doorway and roll your shoulders. Nothing productive attached.
