Achievement is almost always singular and unglamorous up close: one conversation, one draft, one payment cleared. Achieving all of them is a horizon, not a plan.
So name the one. Not the ten-year version — the next one, the thing that would be visibly finished by Friday.
If you can't name it, that is today's actual task, and it takes about twenty minutes.
