Affirmation to Personal Growth I believe that self-improvement is natural and healthy.

I believe that self-improvement is natural and healthy.

A hermit crab outgrows its shell and has to cross open sand to reach a bigger one. The exposed stretch is part of the design, not evidence something went wrong.

Wanting to be different isn't self-rejection. A person can be genuinely fine and still be curious about what else they might turn out to be good at.

The unhealthy version has a tell: it runs on contempt and it never arrives. The natural kind can stop for lunch, take a season off, and still be facing the same direction.
