Affirmation to Health I create good health by talking about and thinking about my wellness.

I create good health by talking about and thinking about my wellness.

Listen to how people introduce their bodies at a dinner table. I'm terrible in the mornings. My back's a disaster. I catch whatever's going around. Said lightly, repeated for years, until it stops being a description and becomes a policy.

Language doesn't cure anything. But it decides what you attempt. Someone who has said I'm not a runner for a decade won't lace up on the one morning they might have felt like it.

Talking about wellness isn't pretending to be fine. It's leaving a door open, describing yourself in a way that still allows you to be surprised by your own body sometime.
