Embracing all of them isn't the goal. Choosing well among them is.
Climbers grade routes for a reason. Take one two grades below you and nothing happens; take one four grades above and you learn only that you can fall. The useful route sits just past what you're sure of — hard enough that the outcome is genuinely unknown, close enough that effort changes it.
Most of what arrives in a given month is somebody else's choice for you. The one worth embracing is the one you'd pick on purpose. Say yes to that first, and there'll be less capacity left over for the rest.
