Nobody buys a ticket to see late light hitting a parking lot. Or steam coming off a manhole in January. Or a stranger's dog losing its mind with joy over a stick.
None of that is scenic, which is why it goes uncounted. It is just what happens when ordinary matter is lit properly and someone looks up at the right second.
The world does not save its good moments for holidays and coastlines. It distributes them across Tuesdays, mostly to people who are on their way somewhere else and paying attention anyway.
