I find it extremely important that I have healthy relationships in my life.

Importance shows up in a diary, not in a sentiment. Whatever you would say matters most, the honest record is where the Saturdays went.

Most people find a gap there: the friendship they would describe as central which hasn't had two uninterrupted hours since spring.

That is not a moral failure, it is how weeks work. But nothing shifts because the importance was felt more strongly. It shifts when something gets written into a week. Pick the person, pick the day, send the message before the feeling wears off.
