You climbed a flight of stairs today without deciding to. Your legs handled it while you thought about something else entirely.
That's the aim for most goal-work: get it low enough in the stack that it stops needing a decision. Decisions are expensive, and you only make a limited number of them well.
Same time, same place, same first action. Boring advice, because it's structural rather than motivational. But motivation is weather, and you can't build a schedule out of weather.
