Affirmation to Dreams Today I leave my doubts in the dust and climb the mountain of my dreams!

Today I leave my doubts in the dust and climb the mountain of my dreams!

Doubts don't stay in the dust. They're excellent climbers, and they'll be at the summit before you, sitting on a rock, asking whether this really counted.

The realistic version is that you carry them. They're part of the pack weight, along with everything else you'd rather not have brought.

What changes with practice isn't their absence but how much authority you grant them. A doubt is information about your fear, not about the mountain. Let it come along. Don't hand it the map.
