Affirmation to Self-Help I trust myself.

I trust myself.

Self-trust is built the same way any trust is, by a record. You said you would do fifteen minutes and you did fifteen minutes. Small, unimpressive, and it registers somewhere.

The reverse works just as reliably. Six broken promises to yourself and a quiet internal note gets made: that your intentions are decorative. Nobody says it out loud, but you can hear it in how the next goal gets set, already discounted before it starts.

So it repairs at the scale it broke. Not with a grand commitment, but with one modest thing promised on Tuesday and delivered on Tuesday.
